Where do you ship? What postal service do you use?

We ship worldwide.
Shipping options and rates will be displayed at checkout once you enter your delivery address. We work with trusted postal and courier partners to ensure your order arrives safely.


Help! My order is lost. What should I do?

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Once a parcel has been accepted and scanned by the carrier, it is no longer within our control.

For added peace of mind, we offer shipping insurance at checkout. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit and insurance was selected, coverage will apply and a replacement will be arranged once you contact us.

We recommend tracking your parcel and reaching out directly to the carrier for updates on its whereabouts.


I entered the wrong shipping address. Can this be fixed?

We ship to the address provided at checkout.
If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible at shoprougeritual@gmail.com. We can update the address only if the order has not yet been processed by our shipping partners.

Once an order has entered the shipping process, we are unable to modify the label. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a store credit will be issued minus shipping costs.


I received the wrong item or my order arrived damaged.

If an item arrives damaged or you received an incorrect product, please contact us at shoprougeritual@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll take care of it promptly.


What is your return & exchange policy?

At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

All sales are final. This includes sale items, customized or personalized pieces, pre-orders, and limited releases.


Can I cancel my order?

We’ll do our best to accommodate cancellation requests on new orders. Once processing has begun, modifications are no longer possible.


What currency do you use?

Checkout is in CAD but you can change the display currency using the selector on our website. Prices are subject to change without notice.
