Shipping Policy
Rouge Ritual is not responsible for delivery delays caused by customs processing when shipping internationally. All delivery timelines provided are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Once a package has been scanned and accepted by the shipping carrier, Rouge Ritual is not liable for lost or stolen shipments, even if tracking indicates delivery. We are also not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, customs clearance, or technical issues within the carrier’s network.
If a package is returned to us for any reason, a store credit will be issued via email, minus applicable shipping costs.
Please note that enhanced or evolving customs regulations in certain countries may cause delays outside of our control.
For added peace of mind, we strongly recommend selecting shipping insurance at checkout.
Duties & Customs Fees
United States Orders
Duties and import taxes (if applicable) are determined by U.S. customs authorities and are outside of our control. Any applicable charges will be communicated at checkout or collected by the carrier upon delivery.
International Orders (Outside the U.S.)
Rouge Ritual is not responsible for duties, tariffs, customs fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery if required.
If a package is returned to us due to unpaid duties or refusal of delivery, all return shipping costs and associated fees will be deducted from the issued store credit.
Processing Time & Availability
Orders typically ship within 7-9 business days. During periods of high volume or product launches, processing times may be extended. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.
Customized and personalized items are produced to order and may require additional processing time.
If an item is found to be unavailable or defective during processing, we reserve the right to issue an automatic refund to the original payment method to avoid delays. You will be notified if this occurs.
Customization & Final Sale Items
All customized, personalized, or made-to-order items are final sale and non-refundable.
Each customized piece is created specifically for you, with intention.
Wrong Address Policy
Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Rouge Ritual is not responsible for packages undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at shoprougeritual@gmail.com. Address updates are only possible before the order has been processed by our shipping partners.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, a store credit will be issued minus applicable shipping costs.
Pre-Order Policy
Some items may be offered as pre-orders due to limited availability or high demand. By placing a pre-order, you are reserving the item to be shipped as soon as it becomes available.
Estimated ship dates are provided but may change due to circumstances beyond our control. Pre-order dates are tentative.
Orders containing pre-order items will ship once all items are available. By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns & Exchanges
At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
All sales are final. This includes sale items, customized or personalized pieces, pre-orders, and limited releases.
For quality reasons, items cannot be returned once shipped. Please review all product details carefully before completing your purchase. If you have questions prior to ordering, we encourage you to reach out we’re happy to help you choose intentionally.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at shoprougeritual@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt. We will assess the issue and provide a resolution.
Order Cancellations
We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests on new orders. Once an order has begun processing, modifications or cancellations are no longer possible.
If approved, cancellations will be issued as store credit. Please ensure all order details are correct before completing your purchase.
